The Bump Pass allows you to recharge at over 350,000 charging stations in the Bump network in France and Europe. You can find all available terminals directly on the Bump application.
Of course! Simply enter the number of top-up cards you require on the order page. One of our advisors will contact you to discuss your project and prepare your badge order.
The price of the recharge card is fixed at €10. For professionals, a subscription is added, starting at 2€/month per badge. This varies according to the options you wish to add to your recharge card subscription.
The price of recharging varies according to several criteria, including terminal power, operator and location. What's more, to adapt to new uses, Bump takes no fixed commission when charging is launched on over 2,000 high-powered charging stations. To choose the charging station with the most affordable price, we recommend you visit the Bump app, and check the charging price per kWh.
The Bump Pass provides access to a network of over 450 parking lots throughout France. To find out which parking lots are available, you can visit this page, which lists the various locations accessible.
Once you've placed your order, we'll dispatch your Bump Pass within 48 working hours. Once handed over to the delivery service, you'll need to wait between 3 and 7 days, depending on the number of badges ordered and the carrier.
If your electric vehicle is connected to the charging station, you can start charging your car from the Bump app. Simply go to the app, select the corresponding terminal and click on "Start charging". Once started, you can then check the charging status, and if you wish, stop charging from your smartphone.
