On Bump applications:

- by registering: first name;

- by adding a vehicle: license plate;
- by searching for a recharging station: GPS coordinates.
In our stations, at our charging stations:
- by recharging: authentication method.
- by filling in a form (satisfaction, customer experience): title, age group, telephone number, location, type of housing, profession.
- by calling our hotline: telephone number.
Bump and its partners collect your information so that we, Bump, can:
- manage your account;
- monitor the proper functioning and technical performance of our services;
- perform analysis and statistics to improve our services;
- establish action logs to debug our services and assist you;
- fight fraud;
- meet legal and regulatory obligations;
- respond to your requests;
- send newsletters (to offer you new products or inform you about new features).

Transactional communications are necessary for the proper functioning of Bump services or to inform you of the status of your refills/purchases/... with Bump services.
Bump may send so-called transactional SMS or emails in the following cases: sending a code to connect to Bump's mobile and Web applications, sending a code to access restricted access stations, sending information related to a refill, a refill site, a payment, etc.
Bump would like to send you information about our products and services that may be of interest to you. If you have agreed to receive marketing communications, you can always unsubscribe at a later date. You have the right at any time to prevent Bump from contacting you for marketing purposes.
